within ✅ 1–2 business days. After packaging, your order is handed over to our
courier or delivery partner.
2. Shipping Regions & Coverage
We currently deliver across India. However, for certain live aquatic products (fish, plants), dispatch may
be restricted to regions where safe delivery is feasible due to transit time and climate conditions.
If your area is outside our delivery coverage for live items, we will inform you before accepting the order.
3. Shipping Methods & Costs
Shipping charges depend on a combination of factors — order weight/volume, delivery location (distance), and
type of items (standard or live/perishable).
You will see the exact shipping cost during checkout before confirming payment.
4. Packaging & Handling for Aquatic & Fragile Items
- Live fish, aquatic plants and other perishable items are packed with extra care — leak-proof, insulated
/ moisture-resistant packaging to ensure safe transit.
- Fragile accessories (glass, tanks, ornaments) are padded, bubble-wrapped or double-boxed to minimize
damage during delivery.
- Packages for live / perishable items are clearly labeled as “Fragile / Perishable” to alert handlers.
5. Order Tracking & Notifications
After dispatch, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number (via email or SMS) — you can use this
to track your shipment.
Please check the tracking status regularly and ensure someone is available to receive the package,
especially for live or fragile items.
6. Delivery Attempts, Failed Delivery & Address Issues
- If the delivery address provided is incorrect, incomplete or unreachable, delivery may fail. In such
cases we are not responsible for delays or item damage.
- If no one is available at the delivery address or delivery is refused, the parcel may be returned to us
— shipping charges may apply for re-shipment or return.
- Once a package is delivered (or delivery attempt is made), risk passes to you. For live items — inspect
immediately and report any issues as per our return / refund / replacement policy.
7. Special Conditions for Live / Perishable Aquatic Items
Because live fish and plants are sensitive, we recommend:
- Keep the parcel unopened and in a safe, stable environment until you are ready to handle the contents
carefully (especially for fish/plant shipments).
- Open the package immediately on receipt. Check the condition. If there is any issue (damage, mortality,
leakage, etc.), report to us within ✅ 24–48 hours, with photos or video if
possible, so we can initiate replacement or refund as per our policy.
- For best survival, immediately acclimate live fish/plants to your aquarium as per standard guidelines.
