At Sapnadeep Enterprises (https://fishocare.com/), we strive to provide high quality aquatic products —
live fish, plants, medicines, and accessories.
Because of the nature of some products (especially live-plants, live-fish or perishables), returns/exchanges
are subject to the conditions below.
By placing an order, you agree to this Return Policy.
2. Eligibility for Return / Exchange
- Items that are received damaged, defective or incorrect (wrong product, wrong variant, wrong quantity).
- Items that are perishable (live fish, live plants) — only eligible for replacement / refund if the issue
is due to delivery damage, and reported within ✅ 24–48 hours of delivery.
- Non-perishable items (accessories, medicines etc.) may be eligible for return/ exchange if unused and
unopened, in original packaging, with tags and invoice, within the return window (see below).
3. Return / Exchange Window
For non-perishable items: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within ✅ 7 / 14
days of delivery.
For live or perishable items: any damage / defect must be reported within ✅ 24 / 48
hours, else we cannot accept return / replacement.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Any live fish, plants, perishable items after 24/48 hours of delivery (unless damage on delivery
reported in time).
- Items that are used, opened, washed, or in unsaleable condition.
- Items without original packaging, tags, invoice/receipt.
- Customized or special-order items (if applicable).
5. How to Initiate a Return / Exchange
- Contact us within the return window via email: ✅ sapnadeepenterprises@gmail.com or using our
contact form / support channels. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Attach photos or video (especially for live / perishable / damaged items) to help us verify the issue.
- If approved, follow the return instructions given by us. For safe handling — ensure packaging is secure,
and include all original packaging, invoice, tags, accessories (if any).
- Send the item back to the address provided by us (or schedule a pickup if offered).
6. Shipping & Return Costs
- If the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/wrong item), we will bear the return shipping costs.
- For other returns (change of mind, no longer needed, etc.), return shipping cost may be borne by you
(customer) — depending on our policy at that time.
7. Refunds, Replacements & Exchanges
- If replacement is requested and available — we will ship replacement item after receiving & verifying
return.
- If replacement not available — we will refund the amount paid (excluding any shipping charges) using
original payment method or offer store credit (as per your choice), within ✅ 5–10 business
days after we receive the returned item and verify it.
8. Cancellation Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel your order before we ship it, please contact us immediately. We will cancel the order
and refund the paid amount (processing fees or shipping charges may be deducted if already paid).
9. Live / Perishable Items — Special Conditions
Since we deal with live fish and aquatic plants, please check the shipment immediately on delivery. If there
is any sign of damage or mortality, report to us within ✅ 24 / 48 hours with photos.
We will arrange either replacement or refund. Delayed complaints may not be accepted.
