Because of the nature of some products (especially live-plants, live-fish or perishables), returns/exchanges are subject to the conditions below. By placing an order, you agree to this Return Policy.
For non-perishable items: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within ✅ 7 / 14 days of delivery. For live or perishable items: any damage / defect must be reported within ✅ 24 / 48 hours, else we cannot accept return / replacement.
- If the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/wrong item), we will bear the return shipping costs.
- For other returns (change of mind, no longer needed, etc.), return shipping cost may be borne by you
(customer) — depending on our policy at that time.
If you wish to cancel your order before we ship it, please contact us immediately. We will cancel the order and refund the paid amount (processing fees or shipping charges may be deducted if already paid).
Since we deal with live fish and aquatic plants, please check the shipment immediately on delivery. If there is any sign of damage or mortality, report to us within ✅ 24 / 48 hours with photos. We will arrange either replacement or refund. Delayed complaints may not be accepted.
