1. Scope
This policy applies to all orders placed on Sapnadeep Enterprises. By placing an order, you accept and
agree to the terms below.
2. Eligibility for Refund / Replacement
- Items damaged or defective during delivery.
- Items wrongly shipped (wrong product, wrong variant, or incorrect quantity).
- Unopened items in original, resaleable condition — only if returned within the allowed time-period.
3. Return / Replacement Window
To be eligible for return or replacement, you must initiate the request within ✅ 7-10
days of the delivery date. After this period, we may not accept return or replacement requests.
4. Non-Eligible Items / Situations
- Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling or improper storage by the customer.
- Items that are used, opened, washed, or missing original tags/packaging (unless damaged on delivery).
- Any consumables or perishable products once opened (unless delivery damage).
- Orders modified by customer after delivery (e.g. customisation) — not eligible unless delivery fault.
5. Return / Replacement Process
- Contact us within the return window via email: ✅ sapnadeepenterprises@gmail.com (or via contact form)
with your order number, description of the issue, and photos (if relevant — e.g. damaged / wrong item).
- If approved, package the item securely in its original packing, include original invoice/receipt, tags,
manuals (if any).
- Send the item back to the address provided by us. For damaged or wrongly shipped items, return shipping cost
will be borne by us; for other returns, shipping cost may be borne by the customer (as per our discretion).
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of acceptance or rejection.
- If accepted:
- We will dispatch replacement (same product/variant) — subject to stock availability.
- If replacement is not available, or you request it — we will refund the amount paid using the original
payment method or provide store credit (your choice, if available).
6. Refund Processing Time
After we approve and accept the return, refunds will be processed within ✅ 5–10 business
days. Time taken for amount to reflect depends on your bank or payment provider.
7. Pre-delivery Cancellation
If your order has not yet been dispatched and you wish to cancel, please contact us at ✅
sapnadeepenterprises@gmail.com or via support. In such cases we will cancel the order
and refund the paid
amount. Any shipping or payment gateway charges may be deducted (if applicable).
8. Damaged or Defective Products
In case you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon delivery, please report it within ✅ 48
hours of delivery with clear photographs. We will replace the item or refund you in full (including
shipping) subject to our verification.
